At Easy DIY Doors, we understand that sometimes things don’t arrive as expected. If any of your items have been damaged in transit, you can upload photos below and complete the form so our team can review your claim and help put things right promptly.

Please include your order reference and clear photos showing both the damaged item and its packaging to help us assess your claim quickly and accurately.

Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your goods.

Claims cannot be accepted if any item has been altered, fitted, drilled, or modified in any way.

If the condition of the packaging does not correspond with the damage shown, the claim may be void.​
