Claims

Upon receipt of the delivery, to the Order Acknowledgment Address, you, the customer is responsible for inspecting the Products and reporting to us within 3 working days any transit damage, manufacturing defect or fault, shortage or error before the Products are used or fitted.

We will honour transit damage claims if the POD is unsigned or signed either by the delivery driver or you and reported to us within 3 working days.

Claims must be reported by email. Please state the original job reference and include the reason for replacements. Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged Packaging and also the damaged item please list what the items are.

Please Note

Items that have been drilled, altered, have scratches, dents or corner damage due to lack of care will not be accepted.

Replacement items will be processed urgently and will be changed. Your Easy DIY Door Sales Director will arrange to inspect the rejected goods and will advise if a credit is due.

Easy DIY Doors Ltd, will only replace like for like products and shall in no way be responsible for any additional consequential costs or losses.

How to Report a Claim

Tip: keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.

Email us with your original job reference and a short description of the issue.

Attach clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s).

3

List the affected items (style, size, quantity) so we can process replacements quickly.
