Made-to-measure items manufactured to the customer’s specifications cannot usually be cancelled or returned due to a change of mind once the order has been confirmed and placed into production.Please check all details carefully before placing an order.

Customer-Supplied Information

If a customer supplies their own measurements or information, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate. Easy DIY Doors is not responsible where goods have been manufactured correctly using inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Question 3

Professional Measuring Survey

Accepted Answer

If a professional measuring survey has been completed, the final measured quotation will be based on the measurements and information recorded during the survey.The professional measuring survey forms part of the paid service. If the customer cancels after survey-related work has started, Easy DIY Doors may retain a reasonable amount of the survey fee for work and costs already incurred. Once the survey service has been fully completed, the survey fee is non-refundable unless Easy DIY Doors is unable to provide the service as agreed.

Question 4

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Accepted Answer

If goods are damaged, faulty or supplied incorrectly by Easy DIY Doors, we will work with the customer to put this right. Any visible damage, shortages or incorrect items should be reported to Easy DIY Doors within 3 days of delivery, together with photographs and relevant details where reasonably requested. This reporting period does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
