Easy DIY Doors supplies made-to-measure replacement doors, drawer fronts, panels, trims, plinths, fillers and related finishing parts for kitchens, bedrooms, offices and other fitted interior furniture.Easy DIY Doors provides a supply-only service. Installation is not included.Customers are responsible for arranging installation themselves, either personally or through their chosen tradesperson.

Easy DIY Doors may provide a guide price based on photos and information supplied by the customer.A guide price is not a final quotation.Guide prices are provided to give customers an estimated cost before deciding whether to proceed to a professional measuring survey.A guide price may change after a professional measuring survey has been carried out, especially if additional doors, panels, trims, fillers, plinths, appliance doors, hinge requirements or finishing parts are identified.Photos must be clear and show the full area as accurately as possible. If photos are unclear, incomplete or misleading, the guide price may not reflect the final cost.

If a customer is happy with their guide price, the next step is to book a professional measuring survey.The professional measuring survey is designed to check the details required before a final measured quotation can be prepared.The survey may include, where relevant:Home visitTravel and appointment planningAdministration and preparationMeasuring doors and drawer frontsChecking panels, trims, plinths, fillers and finishing partsChecking appliance doors where applicableChecking hinge positions and general suitabilityPreparing a final measured quotationPreparing PDF survey documents where applicableThe survey is not a building inspection, structural survey, electrical inspection, plumbing inspection or installation service.Easy DIY Doors will measure and check the relevant areas for the purpose of preparing a supply quotation only.

The £200 Professional Home Survey payment is already included in your Guide Price. We will agree an available appointment before requesting payment. Once the £200 payment has cleared, your appointment is confirmed and exactly £200 is deducted from the remaining balance. Payment details will be provided after an appointment has been agreed. Easy DIY Doors is not required to attend a survey appointment until the £200 payment has been received in full.

By booking and paying for a professional measuring survey, you agree that Easy DIY Doors may begin arranging and carrying out the survey service straight away.This may include appointment booking, travel planning, administration, preparation and other work before the home visit takes place.Where the survey service begins within the usual 14-day cancellation period, you agree that Easy DIY Doors may start providing the service during that period.If the survey service has been fully completed, you understand that the survey fee will not be refunded unless Easy DIY Doors is unable to provide the service.

If you wish to cancel a professional measuring survey, you must contact Easy DIY Doors as soon as possible. If you cancel before any survey-related work has started, Easy DIY Doors will refund the survey fee. If survey-related work has already started, Easy DIY Doors may retain a reasonable amount of the survey fee to cover work already carried out. Survey-related work may include appointment booking, travel planning, administration, preparation, travel, the home visit, measuring, checking and preparation of survey documents or quotation details. Once the home survey visit has taken place, or once the survey service has been completed, the £200 survey fee is non-refundable unless Easy DIY Doors is unable to provide the service. If Easy DIY Doors needs to cancel the survey and cannot offer a suitable alternative appointment, the survey fee will be refunded.

After the Professional Home Survey, Easy DIY Doors will prepare a final measured quotation using the measurements, quantities and project information recorded during the visit. No materials are ordered until the customer accepts the final quotation.

Following a professional measuring survey, Easy DIY Doors may prepare a final measured quotation.A final measured quotation is based on the details checked during the survey and any information provided by the customer.The final quotation may be different from the original guide price.No order is placed until the customer accepts the final quotation and makes the required payment.Easy DIY Doors reserves the right to correct genuine errors in pricing, measurements, product descriptions or calculations before an order is accepted.

Most products supplied by Easy DIY Doors are made to the customer’s specific requirements.This may include doors, drawer fronts, panels, trims, plinths, fillers and other finishing parts made to specific sizes, colours, finishes or specifications.Once a made-to-measure order has been accepted and placed into production, it cannot usually be cancelled or refunded because the customer has changed their mind.This does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Where a customer chooses to supply their own measurements without using the Easy DIY Doors professional measuring survey, the customer is responsible for making sure those measurements are accurate.Easy DIY Doors is not responsible for goods being unsuitable because of incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.Customers should check all measurements carefully before placing an order.If goods are made correctly to the measurements supplied by the customer, Easy DIY Doors is not responsible if those goods do not fit.

Customers must check all order details carefully before confirming an order.This includes sizes, quantities, colours, finishes, hinge positions, handing, panels, trims, plinths, fillers and any other specifications.Once an order has been confirmed and placed into production, changes may not be possible.If a change is possible, it may result in extra costs and may delay the order.Easy DIY Doors is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by late changes requested by the customer.

Images, samples and colours shown on the website are for guidance only.Colours and finishes may appear different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, batch variations and the material used.Customers are responsible for checking that they are happy with the selected colour, finish and style before placing an order.Where samples are available, customers should request or check samples before ordering if colour or finish matching is important.

Delivery times are estimates only unless confirmed otherwise in writing.Easy DIY Doors will do its best to keep customers updated about expected delivery times.Easy DIY Doors is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, couriers, transport issues, stock issues, weather, access problems or events outside its reasonable control.Customers must make sure someone is available to receive delivery where required.

Customers should check all goods as soon as possible after delivery or collection.Any visible damage, missing items or incorrect items should be reported to Easy DIY Doors as soon as possible.Customers should not install or alter any item they believe may be damaged, incorrect or faulty without contacting Easy DIY Doors first.Installing, cutting, drilling, altering or using an item may affect the ability to resolve the issue.

Easy DIY Doors will deal with faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described goods in line with the customer’s legal rights.If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, customers should contact Easy DIY Doors as soon as possible with photos and details of the issue.Easy DIY Doors may ask for photos, measurements or other information to help assess the problem.Where appropriate, Easy DIY Doors may repair, replace or refund the affected item depending on the circumstances.This does not cover problems caused by incorrect customer-supplied measurements, incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, poor storage, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

Products supplied by Easy DIY Doors are covered by a six-year manufacturing guarantee against manufacturing faults and defects, unless stated otherwise in writing.The guarantee applies where the product has failed due to a manufacturing fault or product defect.The guarantee does not cover damage or failure caused by the customer, installer, existing units, site conditions or third parties.The guarantee will not apply where damage or failure is caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, poor storage, exposure to excessive heat, steam, moisture, fire, kettle steam, heat-producing appliances, alterations, unsuitable existing units, poor ventilation, cleaning products, impact damage, water damage, or normal wear and tear.The guarantee may also be void if products have been cut, drilled, altered, fitted incorrectly, stored incorrectly, exposed to unsuitable conditions, or used for a purpose they were not supplied for.Customers should take reasonable care of all products and follow any care or maintenance guidance provided.Any product guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Easy DIY Doors provides a supply-only service. Installation is not included.Installation is the responsibility of the customer or the customer’s chosen tradesperson.Easy DIY Doors is not responsible for installation errors, damage caused during installation, incorrect fitting, unsuitable existing units, uneven walls, out-of-square rooms, poor existing carcasses, or alterations made by the customer or installer.Customers should make sure their installer checks all goods, measurements and site conditions before fitting.

Replacement doors, drawer fronts and panels are usually fitted to existing units or existing furniture.The final appearance and fit may depend on the condition, level, squareness and suitability of the existing units, walls, floors and surrounding areas.Easy DIY Doors is not responsible for issues caused by existing units or site conditions unless specifically agreed in writing.A professional measuring survey does not guarantee that all existing units, walls or structures are suitable for installation.

Where appliance doors, hinges, hinge plates or existing fittings are involved, Easy DIY Doors will use reasonable care when checking requirements.However, some existing fittings, appliances or carcasses may vary, be damaged, discontinued, altered or unsuitable.Additional parts or changes may be required once fitting begins.Unless confirmed in writing, Easy DIY Doors is not responsible for appliance fitting, appliance faults, electrical work, plumbing work or modification of existing units.

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access for survey appointments.The area to be surveyed should be accessible, clear and safe to measure.If the survey cannot be completed because access is unavailable, the customer is not present, the property is unsafe or the area is not ready, Easy DIY Doors may retain a reasonable amount of the survey fee for work and costs already incurred.Any charge for arranging a further appointment will be confirmed with the customer before it is booked.

If a customer misses a confirmed survey appointment or cancels after survey-related work, travel or preparation has started, Easy DIY Doors may retain a reasonable amount of the survey fee to cover work already carried out and costs already incurred.This is to cover time, travel planning, administration and loss of appointment availability.A replacement appointment may be offered, subject to availability, and any additional charge will be confirmed before it is booked.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation.If no period is stated, the quotation is valid for 14 days from the date issued.Prices may change after the quotation validity period has expired.A quotation does not become an order until accepted by the customer and confirmed by Easy DIY Doors.

Payment terms for supply orders will be confirmed before an order is placed.Made-to-measure supply orders may require full payment or a deposit before production begins.No made-to-measure order will be placed into production until the required payment has been received.Goods remain the property of Easy DIY Doors until paid for in full.

Customers must provide accurate contact details, property details, measurements, photos and order information.Easy DIY Doors is not responsible for delays, errors or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Easy DIY Doors aims to keep the website accurate and up to date.However, website information, prices, product details, colours, availability and services may change from time to time.Easy DIY Doors may update, remove or change website content without notice.

Easy DIY Doors is responsible for supplying goods and services with reasonable care and skill.Easy DIY Doors is not responsible for losses caused by customer error, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, installation mistakes, unsuitable existing units, third-party tradespeople, delays outside its control, or changes requested after an order has been placed.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or removes any legal rights that cannot be limited or removed by law.

Any personal information provided by customers will be used for the purpose of responding to enquiries, preparing guide prices, arranging surveys, preparing quotations, processing orders and communicating with customers.Easy DIY Doors will not sell customer personal information.Further information about how Easy DIY Doors collects, uses, stores and protects personal information is available in the Privacy Policy on this website.

Easy DIY Doors may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.The Terms and Conditions that apply to a customer’s order will usually be the version in place at the time the order is accepted.
